Who you are

• Have at least 1 year of waitering experience
• Have at least 1 year of bar experience
• Feel confident being independent on the floor & behind the bar
• Understand the core elements of quality restaurant service
• Are proactive, confident, and eager to grow
• Have hospitality built into your personality and character
• Support and care about the growth of your colleagues
