Chez Fleur is looking for a talented Bartender to join our team in the heart of The Hague.

We are looking for someone who combines technique, creativity, and hospitality to lead our bar with flair and consistency.

What will you do?
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of drinks, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and excellent presentation.

• Keeping the bar clean and organized throughout the shift.

• Managing beverage inventory and restocking when necessary.

• Collaborating closely with the floor team to ensure a smooth service flow.

• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations when asked.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.

• You have solid knowledge of both classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wines.

• You are organized, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.

• You speak fluent Dutch and have professional-level English.
