What will you do?
As Floor Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on the floor and the essential link between the front of house and the kitchen. You’ll ensure smooth service from start to finish, maintain high standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the team;

• Opening and closing the restaurant and managing the register;

• Organizing the floor and table layout efficiently;

• Handling stock and placing orders;

• Contributing ideas for improvement;

• Creating a positive work environment with warmth and humor.

Who are you?

• You have solid experience in hospitality;

• You’ve led a team before, or you’re ready to take that next step;

• You’re available to work evenings and weekends;

• You’re hands-on, reliable, and a natural team leader.
